Haiying Lin is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) purple belt who embodies the core principles of the art. Known for her technical precision and fluidity, she often neutralizes the size and strength advantages often held by her opponents. Remarkably, despite her extensive competition experience, including winning British titles, “Ying” has never conceded a single point in a match. Her sharp technique and unyielding defence make her a formidable presence on the mats.
In addition to her BJJ prowess, Haiying is an accomplished yogi and certified yoga coach, seamlessly blending flexibility and mindfulness into her training routine. She is definitely a wise owl amongst the coaching team!
Outside the gym, she enjoys knitting colourful jumpers, creating vibrant, one-of-a-kind designs. A passionate cat lover, Haiying shares her home with several feline companions, reflecting her love for animals and her nurturing spirit.
